These Subscription Terms serve as the official binding rules that govern all subscription service behaviors between Plotwist and individual users who choose to activate premium subscription functions. This document clarifies the service scope, usage rules, user qualifications and relevant service specifications of Plotwist premium membership services. All users who purchase, activate or use the platform subscription services shall be deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all clauses of these subscription terms.
Plotwist premium subscription services are based on the local AI creative function system of the application. All premium creative capabilities including high definition frame generation, unlimited story clip synthesis, advanced plot twist templates and exclusive visual effects are all completed through local device computing.
All user subscription usage data is only stored locally on the user’s personal device, and the application does not collect, retain or obtain any user facial information in any subscription service scenario.
Users who complete valid subscription activation can obtain exclusive premium functional rights opened by Plotwist. The core service content includes:

All subscription premium rights are only applicable to the personal daily creative usage of users on the Plotwist application. The subscription service authority is limited to a single user local device and does not support cross device synchronous authorization or commercial batch usage. All content generated by premium functions is locally generated and locally stored, and no user personal biometric information including facial information will be involved in the service process.
There is no account registration requirement for activating Plotwist subscription services. Users can complete subscription purchase and service activation through authorized payment channels under the premise of normal use of application functions. The activation process does not require users to provide any personal identity information or facial biometric information, and the whole process does not involve any facial information collection behavior.
Plotwist provides multiple subscription cycle options for users to choose from, including short term monthly authorization and long term annual authorization. The subscription service term shall start from the effective time of successful payment activation. After the service period expires, all premium functional rights will be automatically invalidated, and users can choose to renew the subscription to continue enjoying premium services.
All premium subscription functions are executed through local AI processing on the user’s device. All creative records, premium template usage records and high definition generation records are only cached and stored in the user’s local device space.
All information in local processing, information is only stored on the user’s local device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it. The application will not collect any facial data or any other sensitive biometric information during subscription service usage.
All subscription service fees of Plotwist are subject to the real time pricing displayed on the official application page. All payment behaviors are completed through official authorized third party payment channels. The application does not obtain any user payment information or personal privacy information in the payment process, and never collects any user facial information related data.
Users can voluntarily choose to enable or close the automatic renewal function of subscription services. If automatic renewal is enabled, the system will deduct the corresponding service fee before the expiration of the current subscription cycle to ensure continuous use of premium functions. Users can turn off the automatic renewal authority at any time through the payment channel or application settings. The automatic renewal mechanism only involves payment authorization and does not involve any facial information collection and identification.
For the purchased Plotwist subscription services that have not been used or activated, users can apply for a refund in accordance with the official rules. Once the premium functions are used and valid creative content is generated locally, the application has completed the provision of local technical services, and the corresponding refund application will not be accepted. The refund processing process does not involve any collection and verification of user facial information.
Users shall use Plotwist subscription premium services in compliance with platform rules and relevant public order and good customs. Users are prohibited from using premium subscription functions for illegal creation, infringing creation and commercial profit making behaviors that violate platform specifications. Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for non compliant usage behaviors. The application always adheres to the zero facial information collection rule throughout the subscription service experience.
Plotwist reserves the right to optimize, upgrade and adjust the content, functions and pricing of subscription services according to product iteration and service upgrading. The adjusted service content and rules will be displayed on the official application interface. All adjustments will not change the core mechanism of local AI operation and the zero facial information collection rule.
The platform has the right to terminate the user’s subscription service qualification permanently if the user uses the subscription premium functions to carry out illegal behaviors, seriously violates platform usage rules or brings adverse effects to the platform. After the service is terminated, the user’s local creative content will still be completely retained on the user’s personal device, and the platform will not actively delete any user local data or collect any facial information.
