This User Agreement sets forth the valid binding terms and conditions that govern all access and usage behaviors of the Plotwist application by individual users. This agreement applies to all users who open, browse and use the core creative functions of Plotwist, including but not limited to:
By accessing and using the application, all users fully acknowledge and voluntarily accept all terms stipulated in this User Agreement.
Plotwist is a lightweight local AI narrative creative tool oriented to young user groups. All creative function operations including character image processing are completed through local AI computing on users personal devices. All image data and creative content are only stored locally on user devices, and users have independent and absolute control over all personal uploaded content. This application strictly abides by zero facial information collection rules in all functional links.
Plotwist provides users with game based text storytelling and AI visual generation services without any account registration and login requirements. Users can independently upload self prepared character images, input creative plot texts and carry out personalized story creation through local AI functions. All operation behaviors are independently initiated and controlled by users, and users shall bear full responsibility for all uploaded content and creative works.
Users can voluntarily upload various character images to complete narrative scene creation and character visual modeling in Plotwist. All uploaded character images will be processed exclusively by the local AI system on the user’s personal device. No uploaded image resources will be transmitted to any external equipment or external network platform in any form during the whole processing cycle.
All information in local processing, information is only stored on the user’s local device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the app does not collect any facial data.
The local AI creative system of Plotwist only completes visual rendering, scene matching and frame synthesis of uploaded character images based on user creative instructions. The system does not start any facial information identification, extraction, recording and collection program in the background, and never obtains any user facial feature data in any usage scenario.
When users upload character images to Plotwist, the application only reads the overall picture data of the image file to support subsequent local AI creation. The application will not independently identify, capture or extract facial feature information contained in the uploaded images. No facial contour data, facial feature point data, facial attribute data and other sensitive facial information will be acquired or recorded during the image uploading process.
In the process of local AI processing of uploaded character images, the system only carries out overall picture style optimization, scene fusion and plot frame generation according to user text instructions. The local AI operation logic does not involve any facial information analysis and feature extraction links. The application will not sort, store or retain any facial information generated from uploaded images, and all processing behaviors only act on the overall visual effect of the image rather than user facial features.
All uploaded character images and processed visual content are only cached and stored in the local storage space of the user’s personal device. The application does not set any independent storage channel for facial information, and will not separately save or back up any user facial feature data. All image resources and creative content only exist on the user’s local device, and no facial information will be reserved in any invisible background form.
Users can actively delete uploaded character images, cached creative files and generated visual works through the local device management function or the built in clearing function of Plotwist at any time. After the user completes the active deletion operation, all local image data and all potentially involved facial related visual information will be completely and thoroughly cleared from the user’s device. The application cannot recover any deleted content and will not retain any residual facial information data.
Plotwist does not invoke any third party interface or third party service in the process of image processing and content creation. There is no scenario of exporting, transmitting or sharing user facial information to any external subject. The local closed loop operation mode completely isolates the possibility of facial information leakage and external acquisition, and fully guarantees that user facial related information will never be collected and used by the application.
Plotwist reserves the right to optimize and iterate application functions and adjust the content of this User Agreement according to product upgrading. All adjusted agreement terms will be displayed in the latest version inside the application. The core rule of not collecting any user facial information and all local data processing mechanisms will not be changed due to function iteration and agreement adjustment.
